1) Berry Bright Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Drink at room temperature for Vata balance.
