Cooling Recipes to Balance Pitta & Support Radiant Summer Skin

When temperatures rise, our skin often reflects the internal heat that builds up—especially for those with oily, acne-prone skin or a Fiery (Pitta) body constitution.

In Ayurvedic wisdom, summer aggravates the fire element (pitta), which governs digestion, inflammation, and metabolism. When this heat accumulates, it shows up in the skin as:
