Cooling meals to balance fiery bodies, clear breakouts, and hydrate skin from within

In summer, our skin reflects everything we feed it—internally and externally. For those with oily, inflamed, or acne-prone skin (especially Fiery or Pitta body types), high heat can trigger excess oil production, digestive heat, and skin sensitivity.

That’s why I created this 7-day summer meal plan: to help you reset from the inside out, reduce internal inflammation, and glow with clarity and calm. Feel free to add more protein to any of the meals for added benefit.

This plan will:
